The Team

Ben is part of the founding team at Arch, where he is a Managing Partner based in the London Office.

Ben brings a broad range of financial services search experience, partnering with both private and public businesses across consumer and B2B. Although currently London based, Ben previously lived in New York and draws upon a truly global network.

Prior to founding Arch, Ben worked at Erevena, as Partner and Global Co-Head of FinTech, having joined in 2017 to lead the build-out of a then nascent practice, scaling to a successful global team.

Ben is a Founding Partner at OPUS, the not-for-profit next generation leadership platform. He received his EMBA at Warwick Business School.

Jessie is part of the founding team at Arch, where she is a Managing Partner based in the London office.

Jessie specialises in advising private equity and growth capital-backed companies across Europe and MENA.

Prior to founding Arch, Jessie led the EMEA FinTech practice at Russell Reynolds and helped to evolve the Retail Financial Services practice at Blackwood.

Alongside executive search work, Jessie is passionate about leadership and development. She is trained in Hogan and how various Psychometric tools can support growth orientated companies.

Jessie studied History with a focus on Economic History at the University of Edinburgh.

Paddy is part of the founding team at Arch, where he is a Managing Partner based in the London office.

He specialises in working with high-growth, investor backed, businesses as they move through their scaling journey. He has spent his entire career working with businesses at the intersection of Financial Services and Technology, partnering with some of the leading businesses in the industry.

Prior to founding Arch, Paddy Co-Led Global FinTech at Erevena, where he developed the practice into a market leading proposition.

Paddy holds an undergraduate degree from Durham University, and an MSc Finance, Management, from University College London.

Formerly a Board Director and European and UK Managing Partner of the global search firm Spencer Stuart, Mark joined Manchester Square Partners in 2017.

Mark advises senior leaders in both the corporate and professional services world with regard to the opportunities and challenges that necessarily come with significant responsibility.

Mark is a graduate of St. Andrews University, a qualified solicitor, and an accredited Mediator and Executive Coach. He is a Board Member of Dementia UK, and was formerly a Trustee of the John Lyon Educational Foundation.

Georgie is a Consultant, based in the London Office.

Prior to joining Arch, Georgie was at True based in London, and specialised in C-suite go-to-market hiring for Software and FinTech businesses. She has partnered with businesses throughout their growth curve, from Series A to listed.

Alongside executive search, Georgie has a keen interest in people and culture, initiating a learning and development program for her practice.

Georgie studied Criminology at the University of Manchester.

Finola is a Consultant, based in the London office.

Finola specialises in C-Suite hiring across the Corporate Functions for Venture Capital-backed businesses through to private equity-owned portfolio companies.

Prior to Arch, Finola was at Hedley May where she spent six years working with global financial services clients primarily on their Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel hires. She also co-led the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Finola studied Politics at the University of Exeter.

Jack is a Consultant, based in the London Office.

Jack works with B2B and B2C FinTech, Software and Data businesses and focuses on a range of functions including Commercial, Product & Technology, Operations and Board. Prior to Arch, Jack was at Erevena, helping scale the Financial Services practice, working with companies from early-stage, Venture Capital-backed businesses through to Private Equity-owned and listed.

Jack studied Biology at the University of Bristol.

Lara is a Consultant, based in the London Office.

Lara focuses on C-Suite hiring for investor-backed businesses across technology and financial services. Prior to Arch, she was at The Up Group, where she partnered with VC- and PE-backed companies through to listed corporates with particular expertise in PE operating partner, VC investor and Chief Data Officer hiring. She was previously Executive Director of the London Business School Career Centre and began her career in Global Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley.

Lara holds an MBA from MIT Sloan.

Alice is Operations Executive at Arch, based in the London Office.

Alice is responsible for managing business operations, and brings deep expertise in project management, process optimisation, quality assurance, and compliance.

Prior to joining Arch, Alice was the Head of Project Support at DMG, where she joined as employee number two and spent the next 4 years playing a pivotal role in the growth and success of the company.

Brittney is the Team Assistant based in the London office.

Brittney plays an essential role in coordinating scheduling, correspondence, and a wide range of administrative functions. Acting as the primary point of contact, she ensures seamless operations and facilitates smooth communication within the company.

Before joining Arch, Brittney spent five years at Victoria Gold, a remote gold mine in Yukon, where she was integral to the project’s success, supporting their transition from construction to full-scale production.

Brittney holds a degree in Communications from Brock University in Canada.
